Holy crap… in less than eight hours I’ll be 21. It’s funny, I just finished looking over the same blog I posted exactly a year ago, when I was 19 going on 20. It’s crazy how fast time flies and how much things change, I’m going to be 21, I’m just finishing my [...] I just had the most epic half piece of sandwich ever (shopping at vons.com = the coolest thing ever). I just got home from work; I’m actually getting hours again- I am loved! Work in the morning, also . I need moneyyy because I’m freakin’ addicted to forever21.com !! No lie, it’s not even [...] I’ve misplaced some very important letters of recommendation that I need to re-apply for a scholarship! I hate myself. I know I made copies… how could I not make copies of a letter written by the head of the public health department at my university?! At least the deadline isn’t until march so I’ll [...] Okay, so all of my grades from fall semester are finally up and all I have to say is, what the hell some kind of crazy miracle is this?! Dare I say, I did GOOD. First of all, how is it possible to get a B in a class when you failed the first [...] Sometimes being productive can backfire. I was trying to upgrade band-geek and I ended up breaking things… and then I broke them worse; and now after days of salvaging, things are back to where I started before I messed it all up . I guess I’m just not going to touch things for now [...] I remember posting about rain during finals around this time last year, except this time around I’m not massively sick . I just realized it’s been awhile since I last posted. Time just flew by this semester and I’ve been extremely busy. There are only two weeks left in the semester and it’s finals [...] It seems that whenever I find the time to write I can never collect my thoughts together to write something of substance. I guess lately I’ve just been living and feeling moments, rather than writing about them. Today was a great Wednesday . I started the day out by sleeping through my 8am class, [...] First off, I have some amazing news: I MADE IT INTO MY FIRST A CAPELLA SINGING GROUP! And yes, I am STOKED. I am so so proud of myself that I faced my fears and went for it – it just goes to show that if you want something you have to go out [...] I’m officially enrolled in Music 218 – Intro to Guitar I’m also officially auditioning for two a capella student vocal groups next week I’ve also been practicing my color guard rifle spinning, haha. Go me. I was trying to decide whether or not I should add that guitar class for awhile now [...] First week of junior year DONE. I can’t believe I’m a junior in COLLEGE. I think my biggest fear is growing up . I am absolutely LOVING living in my first apartment with my roommate. We’ve just finished getting everything furnished, and with a huge credit card deficit later, things are looking great! Sooner [...] |
